Office Manager
Maslon is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations in our dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day office services and facilities operations.
- Manage the office services staff and functions, including reception, hospitality, and facilities.
- Liaison for outsourced vendor of mail, messenger, copy, scanning, and supplies.
- Main liaison with building management. Oversee and process building requests for services such as freight elevator, building engineering, climate control, etc.
- Update building on security needs such as access cards for new and departing employees, and no-admittance lists.
- Manage building parking contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors.
- Prepare annual budget and approval and monitoring of expenses. Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Manage office moves. Purchase office furniture and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance work (carpet cleaning, furniture repairs, installation of artwork, etc.).
- Oversee ergonomic assessments.
- Participate in and assist with disaster recovery planning.
- Participate in onboarding process of new employees.
- Assist with coordination and execution of office events.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and of minimum of three years of experience in managing the office functions in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently and as part of a team.
- This position is onsite five days per week.

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000/year depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
