Associate Compensation & Benefits

Associates

Starting Salary: $180,000.00 

  • In addition to salary, Maslon associates receive 5.7% of their annual salary in profit sharing contributions and are eligible for discretionary bonuses throughout the year based on annual hours and firm contributions.

Summer Associates

1L and 2L summer associates earn $3,650 per week. The summer program is 10 weeks in length.
