Associate Compensation & Benefits

Associates

Starting Salary: $195,000.00 

  • In addition to salary, Maslon associates are eligible for discretionary bonuses throughout the year based on annual hours and firm contributions.

Summary of Benefits for Associates

Summer Associates

1L and 2L summer associates earn $3,650 per week. The summer program is 10 weeks in length.
