My summer experience at Maslon was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how welcoming and inclusive the firm’s culture is. Everyone – from partners to associates to staff – went out of their way to make me feel like a valued member of the team. This supportive environment made it easy to engage fully, ask questions, and grow both personally and professionally.

What stood out most to me was the firm’s deep commitment to investing in summer associates. The program coordinators thoughtfully crafted my assignments to expose me to a broad range of practice areas, helping me explore my interests and build confidence. Once I identified where I wanted to focus, they tailored my experience to align with those goals, connecting me with mentors and attorneys who were eager to share their knowledge and insights.

Beyond the coordinators, I was fortunate to have multiple mentors who provided candid feedback and guidance throughout the summer. The attorneys I worked with didn’t just assign tasks – they taught me new skills, invited me to client meetings, and included me in meaningful discussions. This level of engagement made me feel like a true contributor, not just an observer.

What made my summer at Maslon especially memorable was the culture of genuine care and collaboration. Whether in formal settings or casual conversations, people consistently showed warmth and professionalism. This atmosphere created a space where I could thrive and envision my future career.
