Maslon Welcomes Attorneys Emilio Giuliani III and Laura Trahms-Hagen to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm: Emilio Giuliani III, who joins the Litigation Group, and Laura Trahms-Hagen, who joins the Corporate & Securities Group.

Emilio represents clients in disputes involving intellectual property and technology, insurance coverage, and other general litigation matters.

He earned his law degree from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, he completed an internship with Corruption Watch South Africa and an exchange semester at Università Bocconi in Milan. Prior to attending law school, he gained valuable experience overseas as an education consultant and later as a manager across the international recruitment, registration, and admissions departments at Canadian University Dubai. At the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Emilio triple majored in political science, international studies, and history.

Laura focuses on corporate governance, contracts, employment, and general commercial law.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she participated in the Child Advocacy and Juvenile Justice Clinic, Minnesota Justice Foundation’s Street Law Program, and Twin Cities Diversity in Practice. During law school, Laura also acted as an orientation leader and formal mentor through the Women’s Law Student Association and the Well-Being Initiative. She earned her bachelor's degree from City College of New York.
