Emilio Giuliani III

Overview
Emilio Giuliani is an associate in Maslon’s Litigation Group who represents clients in disputes involving intellectual property and technology, insurance coverage, and other general litigation matters. He excels in legal research and writing and enjoys working with clients to understand their business goals.
Emilio earned his law degree from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He triple majored in political science, international studies, and history at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. During law school, he completed an internship with Corruption Watch South Africa and an exchange semester at Università Bocconi in Milan.
Prior to attending law school, Emilio gained valuable experience overseas as an education consultant and later as a manager across the international recruitment, registration, and admissions departments at Canadian University Dubai.
Emilio has run at least one mile every day since April 2020 and has competed in distance races and the triathlon. He often runs with his Siberian husky, Elvis.
