No-Cost/Pro Bono Insurance Advice Offered to Small Business Owners Affected by the Riots

June 3, 2020

In an effort to help rebuild our community and support those most impacted by the events following George Floyd's tragic death, Maslon has stepped forward to support small businesses in the Twin Cities suffering property damage and loss of business income due to the riots that will be needing immediate help navigating insurance claims. Filing insurance claims and responding to insurers can be taxing for policyholders in times of catastrophic loss, and Maslon’s Insurance Group can provide support and guidance.

Maslon’s Insurance Coverage attorneys have broad expertise representing policyholders, and regularly work with clients to provide proactive insurance coverage counseling and advice over a wide array of issues. Whether the goal is to obtain defense coverage for a lawsuit, maximize insurance proceeds for a catastrophic property or business interruption loss, or litigate a complex coverage dispute, our coverage attorneys proceed with one goal in mind: to ensure that the insurance coverage our clients bought and paid for is there when they need it.

Please contact Maslon’s Insurance Coverage attorneys below for immediate assistance in navigating insurance claims. Maslon will be providing an initial consultation and/or longer-term help on a pro bono basis, where appropriate.
