Maslon Welcomes Real Estate Attorney David LaBerge to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of Real Estate attorney David LaBerge to the firm. David serves clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, title and survey review, and real estate financing, leveraging experience in the title insurance industry and as a former municipal attorney to provide efficient, value-driven advice to clients.

Following law school, David earned valued experience as clerk for the Honorable Rebekka Stumme of Minnesota's Sixth Judicial District. Among his many duties, he participated regularly in meetings and workshops between judicial staff and representatives of local indigenous communities to strengthen trust and equity in the court system.

David earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School after studying communication at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. While attending law school, he worked in the University of Minnesota Housing Law Clinic, representing underserved tenants in housing court matters.
