Maslon Recognized as Leading Minnesota Firm in Chambers USA 2022

Maslon is pleased to announce its continued ranking as a leading Minnesota firm for Construction, General Commercial Litigation, and Corporate/M&A in the 2022 edition of Chambers USA.
The new edition also highlights the work of Maslon Partners Steve Schleicher, ranked in Litigation: White Collar Crime and Government Investigations; David Suchar and Jason Lien, ranked in Construction; and Martin Rosenbaum, ranked in Corporate/M&A; as well as Of Counsel Attorney Bill Pentelovitch, who was recognized as a Senior Statesmen for Litigation.
The rankings are the result of extensive client interviews and research to assess technical legal ability, client service, commercial vision and business understanding, value, team depth, and other qualities most valued by the client.
The 2022 edition of Chambers USA provides the following details:
Construction: Ranked Attorneys David Suchar and Jason Lien
Chambers shares that Maslon's Construction Practice is known for "expert coverage of litigation issues arising from construction projects, offering particular experience in insurance coverage and professional liability claims, as well as contract formation." Chambers also notes the group has "niche expertise in disputes stemming from structural failures" and represents a broad client base that includes engineers, owners, and financial institutions.
Litigation: Ranked Attorneys Bill Pentelovitch (Named a Senior Statesman) and Steve Schleicher
Chambers reports that Maslon's Litigation Group "offers extensive experience in mass tort, product liability, construction and commercial disputes, as well as environmental litigation," with additional areas of expertise including insurance coverage and real estate litigation. Chambers notes that Maslon "represents clients across various industries, including manufacturing, financial services and life sciences," and has "notable experience in multiparty, multidistrict matters."
Corporate/M&A: Ranked Attorney Martin Rosenbaum
