Represented Yellow Tree in Development and Construction of Peltier Reserve Apartments in Inver Grove Heights

Maslon was proud to assist Yellow Tree with the development and construction of Peltier Reserve Apartments, a multifamily project in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.

Peltier Reserve is a four-story building with more than 200 units and numerous amenities, including a pool, fitness center, remote work spaces, roof deck, indoor parking and bike storage, and more.

As lead counsel for Yellow Tree, a Maslon team led by Partner Matt Loven assisted with all aspects of the more than $65 million, 154,000+-square-foot development project, including city approval, acquisition of the 4.4-acre development site, construction financing, project entity organization, and drafting of architect and construction agreements.

Yellow Tree closed on the property in June 2025 and broke ground in July 2025.
