Maslon attorneys Nate Ajouri, Carly Johnson, and Yemaya Hanna will present sessions on May 29 as part of NBI’s all-day Minnesota Probate Process from Start to Finish seminar.
Nate and Yemaya will present "Probate Property vs. Non-Probate Assets." Nate will team up with Carly for "Probate Disputes and Litigation."

Nate, a litigation attorney, helps fiduciaries and individuals navigate often complex probate and estate litigation matters. He also works with a broad spectrum of organizations in business, commercial, and municipal litigation. Nate is dedicated to helping clients through all stages of the process, working closely with them to achieve their goals.
Carly, also a member of the Litigation Group, assists clients across a broad range of general commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on trust and estate litigation, including guardianships/conservatorships, contested estates, probate, and elder law matters. She also advises clients on contract matters and real estate disputes.
Yemaya is an attorney in Maslon's Estate Planning Group who works with clients to help them achieve their wealth management and legacy goals. She understands the importance of listening carefully to clients’ concerns regarding their financial future, business succession, and family needs.
