Maslon Welcomes Attorney Jeffrey Underhill to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Jeffrey Underhill to the firm's Litigation Group.

Jeff focuses on construction, real estate, and general commercial disputes. For over a decade, he has managed construction defect cases, mechanic's lien claims, insurance coverage and recoupment claims, complex voidable transfer cases, real estate disputes, shareholder conflicts, and a variety of contract matters.

Jeff earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline) after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in political science.
