Maslon Partnership Re-Elects Board Members Susan Link and David Suchar

Maslon is pleased to announce that its partnership has re-elected Susan Link and David Suchar to two-year terms on its board of directors. Susan and David have served on the board since September 2022, when the firm expanded its governing body from three partners to five.

Partner Keiko Sugisaka continues in her role as board and executive committee chair, a position she has held since January 2022. David was re-appointed vice chair of the board and executive committee. Board members Brian Klein and Julian Zebot are in the second year of their two-year terms.

The board consists of five partners and the chief operating officer, Suzette Allaire, who are responsible for strategy, policymaking, and oversight of the firm through the executive committee. The executive committee consists of two partner board members and the COO. It is charged with making day-to-day operational and management decisions.
