Maslon Partnership Elects Board Member Susan Markey and Re-Elects Brian Klein, Keiko Sugisaka, and Julian Zebot

January 23, 2025

Maslon is pleased to announce that its partnership has re-elected board members Brian Klein, Keiko Sugisaka, and Julian Zebot to new two-year terms and elected Susan Markey to serve the remainder of Susan Link's term through 2025. Susan Link retired on Dec. 31.

Keiko was reappointed to serve as board and executive committee chair, a position she has held since January 2022. David Suchar, who is in the second year of a two-year term, was re-appointed vice chair of the board and executive committee; he has served on the board since September 2022.

The board consists of five partners and the chief operating and financial officer, Suzette Allaire, who are responsible for strategy, policymaking, and oversight of the firm through the executive committee. The executive committee consists of two partner board members and the COFO. It is charged with making day-to-day operational and management decisions.

"We are enormously grateful for the leadership of each board member, and we are confident that they will help position Maslon for continued success as we address future challenges," Keiko said.
