Maslon Adopts New Governance Structure; Elects Partners Susan Link and David Suchar to Expanded Board

Maslon is pleased to announce that it has adopted a new governance structure and added Partners Susan Link and David Suchar to its newly formed board of directors.

The new board consists of five partners and the chief operating officer, who are responsible for strategy, policymaking, and oversight of the firm through the executive committee. Board Chair Keiko Sugisaka, Vice-Chair Mike McCarthy, and Shauro Bagchi, who were previously elected, will serve as board members along with Link and Suchar.

The executive committee consists of two partner board members, Sugisaka and McCarthy, and Chief Operating Officer Suzette Allaire. It is charged with making day-to-day operational and management decisions.

"We expect this expansion of leadership to positively impact the firm overall and position Maslon to better address future needs and challenges," Sugisaka said.
