Keiko Sugisaka to Present at Minnesota CLE's Introduction to Federal Court Webcast

Keiko Sugisaka, partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, will present at a Minnesota CLE live webcast titled, "New Lawyer: Introduction to Federal Court," on July 28, 2015. Keiko will join Federal Magistrate Judge Franklin Noel and other seasoned federal court litigators to give insight to new lawyers on what is expected and how to conduct themselves when they appear before a Federal Judge or Magistrate Judge.

Keiko Sugisaka represents clients in state and federal cases nationwide involving medical device products liability defense, intellectual property (patent, trademark, and copyright), trade secret misappropriation, commercial disputes, and business torts, including consolidated and multidistrict litigation, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals.
