Jim Killian Appointed to Serve as Co-Chair of Litigation Practice Group

Maslon is pleased to announce that Jim Killian has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the Litigation Practice Group. In this capacity, Jim joins Co-Chair Jason Lien to help shape the strategy and direction of the practice group, with particular attention to client service, attorney training and development, and competitive effectiveness.

Jim is an accomplished litigator in the areas of corporate trust, construction, and commercial litigation. In the last five years, his practice has focused on representing corporate trustees in litigation matters. Jim continues to devote a significant amount of his practice to representing owners, contractors, and design professionals in all phases of the construction and development process. In that capacity, he has served as national counsel for independent power producers and infrastructure contractors in construction claims across the country.
