June 23, 2023

Maslon Partners Jevon Bindman and Peter Doely, with litigation attorney Nathaniel Ajouri, share their expertise June 23 on the role of social media evidence in Minnesota courts. The three present a webinar on some of the evidentiary considerations that courts have grappled with when it comes to social media in litigation. Topics include best evidence, authentication, and hearsay.

The presentation is part of Minnesota CLE's Evidence A to Z webcast series and is based on the attorneys' chapter in the forthcoming MN Courtroom Evidence Deskbook on social media evidence, to be published later this year.
