Doug Holod Appointed to U.S. Leadership Committee of Law Firm Network Meritas

Maslon is pleased to announce that Doug Holod, a partner in the Corporate & Securities Group, has been appointed to the U.S. Leadership Committee of Meritas, a global alliance of leading independent law firms. Doug's previous leadership roles with Meritas include serving on the organization's board of directors and on the Meritas finance committee.

Founded in 1990, Meritas is a network of 171 law firms worldwide serving 91 countries. Its purpose is to offer clients an extensive global reach while maintaining a single point of contact with an uncompromising service standard. Law firm membership in Meritas is by invitation only.

Doug, a longtime Maslon partner, primarily represents clients in three divergent industries: additive manufacturing, healthcare technology, and restaurants. For many of these clients, he has helped structure transactions with financial and strategic investors. Doug previously served as chair of Maslon's Corporate & Securities Group.
