David Herr to Present on Significant Rule Amendments for Minnesota CLE

David Herr, an appellate attorney in Maslon's Litigation Group, will present "Significant Amendments to Minnesota General Rules of Practice and Rules of Civil Procedure" as part of Minnesota CLE's New Rules: Mandatory E-Filing Implementation seminar scheduled on June 30, 2015. In his session, David will share upcoming changes to the Civil, General, Appellate, and Public Access rules effective July 1, 2015.
