Susan Link and Cindy Costello to Present at Minnesota CLE Probate & Estate Planning Seminar

Susan Link, and Cindy Costello will present during a 2-day Probate and Estate Planning Live Seminar sponsored by Minnesota CLE scheduled on September 17 - 18, 2013.
The first day focuses on Fundamentals of Probate Practice in MN, and Susan and Cindy will present a session titled "Key Issues in Formal Probate," offering step-by-step guidance on when formal probate proceedings should be used, and what forms need to be filed to commence formal proceedings.
Susan Link is head of Maslon's Estate Planning Group, and works with families to plan the disposition of their assets, both during lifetime and at death, and to accomplish the optimal estate and gift tax planning for the clients through wills, trusts, and other instruments. Susan also works with families after the death of a family member to ensure that the client's wishes are achieved and that the plan they created is carried out. (View full bio.)
Cindy Costello is a probate paralegal, and assists attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration, including preparation of court documents, accountings, estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and distribution of assets.
