Partners Michael Sampson and Rachel Dahl Co-Chair Seminar on Understanding Trusts for Minnesota CLE

Estate Planning Group Chair Michael Sampson and Partner Rachel Dahl recently presented CLEs on estate planning topics for Minnesota CLE. Mike and Rachel co-chaired the Understanding Trusts seminar, at which Mike presented "Not Just the Basics – An Introduction to Trusts with a Look at State Specific Matters," and Rachel co-presented "Making the Right Choice – Revokable Trusts." The seminar is available through online replay Oct. 10.

In addition, Rachel presented a session titled "Planning Considerations When Your Client Owns Property or Assets in Other States" as part of the Estate Planning Across Borders seminar for Minnesota CLE; it is available through online replay Nov. 2.

Informed by her childhood in a rural environment, Rachel works with individuals, farm families, and business owners to design estate and succession plans that meet their individual needs and goals, while keeping the farm operation, business, and family structure in mind.
