Michael Sampson to Co-Present on Minnesota's New Trust Code and Directed Trusts for Minnesota CLE

Michael Sampson, partner in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, will co-present "Minnesota's New Trust Code and Directed Trusts," as part of Minnesota CLE's Estates Series on Wednesday December 2, 2015. The first hour of the seminar will include an overview of Minnesota's new Uniform Trust Code legislation and highlights of the new law. The second hour will feature an in-depth discussion of Directed Trusts and how they can be effectively employed in estate and business succession planning as well as detailed discussion on the proposed Minnesota statute with a comparison of that statute to the statutes of other jurisdictions.

Michael's legal practice focuses on high-end estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and business succession planning.
