Michael Sampson to Serve as Panelist at the Minnesota Association of Business Valuation Professionals 2016 Business Valuation Conference

Michael Sampson, partner in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, will serve as a panelist at the Minnesota Association of Business Valuation Professionals (MABVP) 2016 Business Valuation Conference on April 29, 2016. During the "Court Case Attorney Panel," Michael will give an update on inflation-adjustment exemption amounts for estate and gift tax purposes; discuss the recent Purdue decision regarding family LLCs and "legitimate non-tax purpose;" and examine valuation issues involving Minnesota real property owned by a non-Minnesota resident in a pass-through entity.

Michael's legal practice focuses on high-end estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and business succession planning. Michael helps his clients focus on what it is they really want to accomplish with their wealth.
