Michael Sampson to Co-Present at a Twin Cities Estate Planning Council Dinner

Michael Sampson, partner in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, will co-present "Minnesota Trust Code" as part of the combined dinner hosted by the Twin Cities Estate Planning Council on Tuesday November 17, 2015 (rescheduled from November 24). The presentation will offer a broad overview of the new law, with an emphasis on what is new and what has changed. Special attention will be given to directed trusts, decanting, and the enhanced ability to modify otherwise irrevocable trusts.
Michael focuses his practice on high-end estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and business succession planning. Michael helps his clients focus on what it is they really want to accomplish with their wealth. After assisting his clients in identifying their specific wealth planning goals, Michael works with them and their other professional advisors to develop and implement wealth transfer strategies that are consistent not only with their goals, but also with their cash flow needs and tolerance for risk.
