Maslon Partner David Suchar Co-Authors Insurance Chapter in 2021 Edition of ABA's Construction Defects

Maslon Partner David Suchar served as lead co-author for the insurance chapter in the newly released Construction Defects, Second Edition, published by the American Bar Association. The chapter, "Insurance Coverage for Negligent Construction and Defective Design," covers the commercial general liability policy, construction defect claims, and professional liability insurance policies, among other topics. The first edition was published almost a decade ago.
