Maslon Helps Steel Fabricator Obtain Full Insurance Recovery for Claims Related to Kenyon College Library Project

Following a successful mediation in November 2023, a Maslon team led by David Suchar obtained insurance recovery for the settlement of approximately $8 million in claims brought against steel fabricator Ohio Steel related to a multimillion-dollar library development project on the campus of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio.

Ohio Steel hired Maslon after it was initially denied coverage for the settlement of claims brought by Kenyon College in a multi-party construction delay lawsuit stemming from the project.

In addition to David Suchar, the team included attorneys John Darda and Jevon Bindman.
