Maslon Estate Planning Professionals to Present at the 2021 Probate & Trust Law Section Virtual Conference for Minnesota CLE

Maslon attorneys Susan Link, Peter Hennigan, Michael Sampson, and Julian Zebot, as well as paralegal Cindy Costello, will present at Minnesota CLE's Probate & Trust Law Section Virtual Conference June 7-8, 2021. The conference will focus on new developments, practical advice, and best practices in estate planning law.

On Day One, Peter will co-present a session titled "A Toolbox for Probate and Trust Trials and Appeals in 2021," which will offer practical pointers on the strategic choices that can make attorneys more effective at trial and on appeal. Michael will present a session called "How to Calculate the Elective Share in the Augmented Estate" and moderate a panel titled "2021 Large Estates Panel." Susan will moderate a panel discussion, which includes Cindy, titled "2021 Probate Panel." Cindy will co-present a session titled "Help! My E-Filing Was Rejected."

On Day Two, Julian will serve as a panelist for a session titled "Navigating Virtual Litigation in Probate Disputes," which will discuss courts' current handling of initial hearings, motions, and trials, and offer practical tips on taking remote depositions, representing clients in Zoom hearings, and effectively managing remote mediations and trials.
