Jevon Bindman to Co-Present at Construction Contracts Presentation and Webinar for AGC-MN

Maslon Partner Jevon Bindman will present on Sept. 15 in a construction contracts presentation and webinar hosted by Associated General Contractors of Minnesota. During the session, which is in-person and available on Zoom, Jevon and his co-presenters will describe the AGC-MN contracts and how they address new federal and Minnesota laws that impact the construction industry. They will also offer tips on how to negotiate contracts with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors, with particular emphasis on avoiding landmines with the new laws.

Jevon, a member of the AGC-MN contracts committee, is an experienced trial lawyer who has taken numerous complex matters to jury verdict. He helps companies of all sizes to navigate each phase of the litigation process, and he has the skills and experience to advocate for his clients' rights at trial and on appeal. Jevon focuses his work on construction, insurance coverage, and appellate litigation as well as general commercial matters. He has significant experience with contract disputes, policyholder insurance coverage claims, and construction defect and mechanic’s lien claims. He also regularly handles appeals in the Eighth Circuit and Minnesota appellate courts.
