Jevon Bindman Speaks at 2024 CLSA Conference on Insurance Coverage for Modular Construction

Litigation Partner Jevon Bindman will present a session on Sept. 19 at the Construction Lawyers Society of America International Conference. In "Cover Your Assets! Insurance Tips, Tricks, and Traps for Modular Construction," Jevon discusses properties of common insurance policies and how they apply to modular construction projects, and offers best practices for maximizing coverage.

Jevon is an experienced trial lawyer who works with clients in a range of industries, with a focus on assisting policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and representing stakeholders in construction and real estate matters. Jevon was named an associate fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America in 2022. He also serves on the Minnesota State Bar Association’s construction section council and the contracts committee of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota.
