Jason Lien to Present at the Network of Trial Law Firm's Litigation Management: New Trends and Techniques Conference

April 29, 2017

Jason Lien, partner and co-chair of Maslon's Litigation Group, will co-present at the Network of Trial Law Firm's Litigation Management: New Trends and Techniques Conference April 27-30, 2017. During his April 29 session titled, "ESI Discovery and Delivering on the Promise of Proportionality," Jason will discuss how federal courts have implemented the 2015 rule changes to ESI discovery and what steps attorneys should take in their next case to make ESI discovery proportional.

Jason's practice is focused on representing clients from the construction, real estate, financial services, and food industries. Jason also frequently represents policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Prior to joining Maslon in 2002, Jason honed his trial and appellate skills as a Naval Officer with the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he led hundreds of courts-martial, administrative hearings, and military appeals.
