Jason Lien Named Co-Chair of Construction & Real Estate Litigation Group

Maslon is pleased to announce that Partner Jason Lien has been named co-chair of the Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice group, sharing the role with Partner David Suchar.

Jason has extensive experience representing clients from the construction, real estate, financial services, and railroad industries. He appears in federal and state court on behalf of design-build firms, general contractors, architects, engineers, specialty contractors, suppliers, property management companies, real estate owners, and lenders. A portion of Jason's practice also involves representing a Class I U.S. railroad in disputes in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Jason has been ranked every year since 2016 in Chambers USA for his work in construction law. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, he joined Maslon in 2002.
