Eran Kahana to Present at Minnesota CLE's Advanced IP Issues in Contracts Seminar

Eran Kahana will co-present during a Minnesota CLE live seminar titled "Advanced IP Issues in Contracts" on January 30, 2014. The seminar, designed for licensing, patent, and transactional attorneys, will tackle joint venture, joint development and technology transfer agreements. Eran will co-present in the session titled "Technology Transfer," which will focus on strategic use of legal mechanisms for the transfer that best protect the client's IP interests; international considerations such as export controls, required government approvals, proportional ownership, trade secrets traps, and more.
Eran Kahana is an intellectual property attorney with a strong IT background and extensive experience advising clients in domestic and international settings. He focuses his practice on matters such as drafting and negotiating complex software, patent, and trademark licenses, joint development agreements, service agreements and a wide-range of e-commerce related matters. Eran is a frequent speaker and writer on various intellectual property topics and a Research Fellow at the Stanford Law School, Law, Science & Technology Center.
