David LaBerge Presents Session for Commercial Real Estate Purchase Agreement Seminar

Real estate attorney David LaBerge presents a session Aug. 27 for Minnesota CLE as part of its seminar, "How to Draft a Commercial Real Estate Purchase Agreement." David's session will focus on title commitments, objection letters, and title policies in commercial real estate transactions.

The session will be repeated online on Sept. 12 and Sept. 23.

David serves clients in real estate acquisitions and sales; commercial leasing; development, zoning, land use, and entitlement matters; survey and title review; entity formation; cannabis law; and real estate financing. He is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Law Section. David leverages his prior experience at a commercial title company, and as a municipal attorney, to provide additional value to his clients.
