Bryan Freeman Elected as Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel

November 18, 2024

Maslon is pleased to announce that Bryan Freeman, partner and co-chair of Maslon's Insurance Recovery Group, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). The organization conducts a rigorous vetting process prior to inviting a lawyer to become a fellow. Fellows include many of the most prominent members of the insurance law bar. Maslon Partner Margo Brownell is also a Fellow of the ACCC.

Bryan has helped his policyholder clients recover millions of dollars in insurance proceeds in disputes over coverage for directors and officers; employment practices; product, environmental, professional, and fiduciary liability; as well as in litigation over first-party coverage for fidelity and crime loss, property loss, business interruption, and cyber loss.

Bryan earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served for several years as an adjunct professor for the university's Insurance Law Clinic, which provides students with the opportunity to provide pro bono services to policyholders who have disputes with their insurance companies.
