Andy Jacobson, partner in Maslon's Real Estate Group, has authored an article on real estate acquisition due diligence for the November issue of The Practical Real Estate Lawyer. The article, titled "An Updated and Expanded Narrative Real Estate Acquisition Due Diligence Checklist," is intended to help both the attorney and client identify and allocate responsibility for specific due diligence tasks in the commercial real property acquisition process.

Andy's practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate issues, with particular focus on commercial and retail leasing, land use, telecommunications, as well as design and construction-related agreements. Andy is a frequent author and speaker on real estate subjects and teaches Real Estate Transactions at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
