Terri Krivosha to Teach New Law and Business Course Focused on Startups at William Mitchell

Terri Krivosha, chair of Maslon's Business & Securities Group, will teach a new Law and Business course at William Mitchell College of Law. The course, scheduled for the fall 2012 semester, is titled The Start-Up Business Enterprise and will provide students with a unique perspective on the many facets of the start-up business enterprise - from creation and capitalization of the business entity to skills needed for day-to-day business operations. Students will learn about business planning, entity choice and governance, financing, human capital, intellectual property, marketing, and exit strategies. The goal of the course is to assist students to succeed as business lawyers, business leaders, and business owners.
