Michael Sampson to Co-Present at Minnesota's New Uniform Trust Code Seminar for Minnesota CLE

Michael Sampson, partner in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, will co-present at Minnesota's New Uniform Trust Code seminar for Minnesota CLE on October 28, 2015. The afternoon session titled, "Directed Trusts – A Practical Guide," will provide an in-depth analysis of so-called "Directed Trusts" and how they can be effectively employed in estate and business succession planning. The session will also include a detailed discussion on the proposed Minnesota statute as well as a comparison of that statute to the statutes of other jurisdictions.
Michael's legal practice focuses on high-end estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and business succession planning. Michael helps his clients focus on what it is they really want to accomplish with their wealth.
