Maslon's Appellate Team Makes Significant Contributions to 8th Circuit Appellate Practice Manual

Maslon's appellate team authored a number of chapters in the recently published 6th edition of the acclaimed 8th Circuit Appellate Practice Manual. The book is considered the leading treatise on Eighth Circuit practice and is highly regarded by bench and bar. David Herr, who served as lead editor on the book, was joined by several members of Maslon's Litigation Group in contributing chapters to the book:

The book is published by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and will be available from their website soon.
