Maslon Welcomes Financial Services Attorney Matthew Robinson to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Matthew Robinson to the firm’s Financial Services Group.

Matthew helps financial institutions maximize their recoveries when commercial borrowers or guarantors default on their loans or become insolvent. He advises on the full spectrum of creditor remedies issues, including loan workouts, receiverships, foreclosures, and litigation.

A skilled negotiator and litigator, Matthew brings over a decade of experience assisting banks, asset-based lenders, and other financial services providers in enforcing their commercial lending agreements. His practice also includes representing companies ranging in size from small, family-owned businesses to large, Fortune 500 companies in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial services and complex commercial litigation.

Matthew earned his law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law after graduating from Boston College with a B.A. in political science.
