Maslon Attorney David Herr to Chair ALI/ABA Webcast on The Supreme Court Decision in Exxon Shipping Co. v. Baker

David Herr has agreed to Chair the ALI/ABA webcast on The Supreme Court decision in Exxon Shipping Co. v. Baker, which is expected to be another important punitive damage decision. Arguments in this case were heard on February 27, 2008, with a decision expected by the end of June. This program is to be broadcast shortly after the decision is released. David is working with Maslon attorney Nicole Narotzky on this program.
