Maslon Attorney Anna Petosky Selected as a 2014 "Up & Coming Attorney" by Minnesota Lawyer

Anna Petosky is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group and has experience managing and litigating individual and complex cases with a focus primarily on mass tort products liability. She has practiced in state and federal courts and has represented clients in proceedings before federal agencies. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in mass tort litigation actions and has successfully represented clients in a range of significant litigation matters including securities litigation and contract disputes.
Since 2012, Anna has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, an organization focused on the basic goal and driving philosophy to link volunteer law students with opportunities to assist attorneys in meeting the legal needs of the low-income community. She is also an active pro bono volunteer for legal service agencies such as Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights, Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota, and Volunteer Lawyers Network, and has successfully advocated for indigent clients in matters ranging from immigration, social security, disability, housing, and orders for protection. As part of her commitment to pro bono service, in 2011 she obtained a published decision from the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in a pro bono immigration matter and obtained remand to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Anna also volunteers as a Negotiation Coach at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and frequently meets with young attorneys and law students to provide career mentorship and advice.
