Maslon Welcomes Mark Klos

The law firm of Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP, is pleased to announce that Mark A. Klos has  joined the firm.

Mark A. Klos is an associate in Maslon's Business and Securities Group and Financial Services Group. He is a 2004 summa cum laude graduate and member of the inaugural class of The University of St. Thomas' School of Law. While in law school, Mark was a Senior Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University in 1994. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark enjoyed a successful career as a commercial lender with Wells Fargo Bank in the areas of asset based and SBA lending.

The Maslon Law Firm is a 76-attorney commercial law firm based in Minneapolis, with depth of experience in the areas of business and securities matters, commercial litigation, and financial services law.
