Selling your business is one of the most significant transactions you’ll undertake, and assembling the right deal team is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful process. • Getting Your House in Order: Steps to prepare your business for sale, including financial readiness, operational streamlining, and risk mitigation.
  • Team Roles & Responsibilities: Understanding the function of each deal team member—who you need and when to bring them in.
  • Collaboration & Execution: How your advisors work together to ensure a smooth transaction and avoid common pitfalls.
