John represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including business torts and contract disputes, with a particular emphasis on noncompete, trade secret, and financial services litigation. He helps clients navigate all stages of the litigation process and has significant experience representing large and small businesses in all forums: federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
Jevon works with clients in a range of industries, with a focus on assisting policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and representing stakeholders in construction and real estate matters, as well as appeals. He appears frequently before Minnesota and federal appellate courts. Jevon also co-authors four volumes of the Minnesota Practice Series—the seminal treatise on Minnesota law and procedure—including the Minnesota Handbook of Courtroom Evidence and Civil Rules Annotated. In addition, he is a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Carly assists clients across a broad range of general commercial litigation matters, including construction, real estate, and trust and estates disputes. Her practice is informed by her active civic engagement and service, which includes her election to the Oak Park Heights City Council shortly after earning her undergraduate degree in biology from St. Thomas.
