Jeremy Walls Elected to the LegalCORPS Board of Directors

Jeremy Walls, an attorney in Maslon's Corporate & Securities Group, has been elected to the board of directors of LegalCORPS. Jeremy has worked as a volunteer providing pro bono services with the organization since 2022.

The Minnesota nonprofit aims to increase access to the legal system by providing assistance in transactional matters to limited-resourced entrepreneurs, business owners, inventors, and nonprofits.

At Maslon, Jeremy advises privately held companies, private equity funds and sponsors, and strategic investors through both buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He also provides a wide variety of general corporate and outside counsel services for entrepreneurs and privately held businesses, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate reorganizations, buy-sell agreements, and business succession agreements; advising on governance issues; and ensuring regulatory compliance.
