Evan Nelson Elected to Board of Directors of the Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness

Evan Nelson, an attorney in Maslon's Litigation Group, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness (Friends) beginning October 14, 2019. For over 40 years, Friends has been dedicated to preserving and saving the Boundary Waters along with being the voice for clean water and wilderness.

Evan focuses his practice on condemnation and eminent domain litigation, construction litigation, business litigation, and products liability defense. From pre-lawsuit counseling through appeals, he has represented clients in mediations, state courts, and federal courts. Additionally, Evan maintains an active pro bono practice while volunteering with the Pro Se Project and Volunteer Lawyers Network.
