Overview

Erin Snyder represents creditors and financial institutions in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Her practice also includes representing borrowers and lenders in commercial financing transactions. 

Erin graduated, cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where for two years she mentored first-year law students as an advisor for the school's Academic and Professional Excellence program. Erin earned her bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Catholic Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas.

Experience

  • Counsel to national bank as agent and lender for syndicated credit facility in excess of $700 million.
  • Counsel to national bank as agent and lender in multi-national credit facility in excess of $250 million secured by real estate in multiple countries.
  • Representation of corporate trustees for residential mortgage-backed securities.
  • Indenture trustee counsel for defaulted municipal bonds in various states secured by charter schools, affordable housing projects, and other facilities.
