Erica Holzer to Serve on Panel at Minnesota CLE's 2018 Appellate Practice Institute

Erica Holzer, an attorney in Maslon's Litigation Group, will serve on a panel for Minnesota CLE's 2018 Appellate Practice Institute on Friday, March 16, 2018. During the session, titled "The Nuts and Bolts of an Appeal," the panel will discuss issues ranging from timely filing and serving the notice of appeal to preserving issues, merit briefs, and the petition for review.
Erica focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, product liability litigation, and appeals. Before joining Maslon, Erica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Matthew E. Johnson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Erica earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the William Mitchell Law Review.
