David Suchar, Steve Schleicher, Nicole Narotzky, and Katie Maechler to Present at the 2018 Products Liability SuperCourse for The Network of Trial Law Firms and ACC Minnesota

David Suchar, Steve Schleicher, Nicole Narotzky, and Katie Maechler, partners in Maslon's Litigation Group, will present at the Products Liability Super Course produced by The Network of Trial Law Firms and ACC Minnesota on September 21, 2018.

Steve will present on "Telling the Corporate Story: Advantages and Potential Pitfalls of Good Conduct Evidence." During his presentation, Steve will address messaging against corporate bias at all stages of litigation—from motion practice to trial, including evidentiary issues and best practices.

Nicole will serve as a panelist for a presentation titled "MDL – To Centralize or Not Centralize, That is the Question," which will explore initial considerations in the MDL process and beyond, including: the number of cases currently filed; the potential growth of litigation with common questions of fact; the likelihood of inconsistent rulings and competing scheduling orders; and more.

Katie will serve as a panelist for a presentation titled "Ethics and Social Media – Is It Truly Old Wine, New Bottle?" Panel members will discuss how social media shapes the duties of competency, evidence preservation, and confidentiality, in addition to addressing how social media may be used for investigations, discovery, and trial.
