David Herr to Present on Changes in Minnesota Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure to the Minnesota County Attorneys Association

David Herr will co-present, with Minnesota Court of Appeals Judge Jill Flaskamp Hallbrooks, and Minnesota Supreme Court Commissioner Rita Coyle DeMeules, a program on electronic filing and other changes to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure. The training will take place on June 9, 2014, at the Minnesota County Attorney Association office located in St. Paul.
